Booking & Payment


When you are ready to book a training or event trip please contact us by phone; + 46 70 322 85 08 or e-mail;

Deposit/Registration fee:

When you have approved the content of the trip, we will then send you an invoice, which will represent 25% of your trips total cost. This sum covers both your initial deposit and the registration fee. For the booking to be guaranteed the invoice must be paid within 7 days. The registration fee, which consists of 10% of the trips total cost, is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Final Payment:

We must receive full payment for the trip, no later than 40 days prior to departure. An invoice, stating the remaining balance and final payment to be made, will be sent to you, well in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation 70 days prior to departure the deposit will be refunded. The registration fee is non-refundable.

For cancellation 70-35 days prior to departure both the deposit and registration fee are non-refundable.

For cancellation later than 35 days prior to departure the entirety of the paid amount is non-refundable.

Upon payment of the first invoice, relating to the deposit and registration fee, you are agreeing to our payment and cancellation policy as it is described on this web page.
